I’ve been invited by Bryan Person to participate in a panel discussion during the 2010 South by Southwest Interactive conference next March, and I’m honored and excited about it. The topic? “My Mom Just Joined Facebook- Now What?” As both the mom and the child in this situation (my two oldest kids and my dad and assorted aunts and uncles are on Facebook) I think I’ve got plenty to say on the subject! But here’s the kicker: there are over 2000 panels vying for well less than that number of slots. The first step to getting the panel approved is public voting via the SXSWi Panel Picker.
